A select set of hadith make up Islam’s fundamentals. Imām al-Nawawī collected these narrations in a compilation known as al-Arbaʿīn al-Nawawiyyah, or The 40 Hadith of Imām al-Nawawī. Each narration is an indispensable part of the religion. In this class, students will explore each hadith with a detailed explanation that elucidates its significance and relevance.
